Born in 1957 in Changchun, China. Graduated from Kyorin Uniersity (majoring in Semiconductor Physics) in 1977, and completed in Electrical Engineering at Graduate School of Hokkaido University in 1988. Dr. of Engineering. Joined Toshiba System Technology Corporation. and was engaged in electrical system research development. Established North Technology Co.Ltd. in 1998 as President. Ever since then, heÅfs been focusing mainly on IT-related business and economical exchanges with China. In 2003, he started up Dalian Beiguang Information Technology Co.Ltd.(joint enterprise) in Dalian, China and became the Chairman. Now the Chairman of Hokkaido New Overseas Chinese Association, guest professor at Shenyang University of Technology, a member of Information Processing Society of Japan, and of Society of Tourism Informatics.
