Mr. Wang Studied Managerial Economics at Economic Management Dept. of Liaoning University and obtained a Doctor's Degree. He did an excellent job as Vice Secretary General, Communist Party of China Shenyang Municipal Committee, then as Chief Executive of Dongling District. He is now Vice Mayor of Shenyang Municipal Government since February, 2003
