Born in
Xi'an, China, he was graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics
and Astronautics in 1991, got a Master's Degree at Graduate School of
Utsunomiya University in Japan in 1998. He worked for China Ministry of Aerospace Industry from 1991 to 1993, then for Alpine Electronics Inc.from 1998 to 2002. He joined Xi'an Software Park Development Center in 2002. |
